A student life considers tough recovering skills due to going out a lot. Traditionally, students are often be bored and do not know what to do in particular during semester breaks. That’s why they are looking for interaction and new connections. Going out supports all of that. However, spending nights and weekends in nightclubs and bars has got disadvantages, though. Assumed you have been drinking alcohol the whole night you might have got a bad hangover next morning. If not you are at least exhausted from dancing and chatting whole night. So next morning you may weak up completely starving. According to be the leading drinking population the English invented a breakfast, which is so heavy and fatty that your stomach is busy for the next days. So I want to introduce you to a special breakfast from the island:
Ingredients for 1 starving person:
- 200 g white or brown mushrooms
- 2 – 3 pork sausages
- 250 ml (1/2 can) baked beans
- 3 eggs (scrambled eggs)
- 1 tomato
- 100 g (3 slices) bacon
- 1 toast slice
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to almost 120°C, put the bacon slices on alum foil and give it in the oven

- Cut the mushrooms into small slices and fry them in a pan
- Open the can of baked beans and heat them up in a pot; add some sour cream if you want the tomato sauce more creamy
- Open the eggs and put them into a bowl (without eggshell … ); add a cut tomato and stir the items; add some pepper and salt
- Give the bowl content to a pan and stir-fry it to achive a nice scrambled egg
- Besides fry the pork sausages until they are slightly brown
- After all do not forget to put the bacon out of the oven – the bacon is finished, when it is a bit rolled and crispy
Hint: You are going to need a big pan!
